Payment: Half of the estimated labor cost of your order is due before I start working on the project. If you purchase the materials from me, they must be paid in full before I begin on the project. The remainder of the payment is due before I ship the item9s) to you. The final cost will depend on how much time an/or additional materials may be needed.
Returns: Custom made clothing is NOT refundable. Non-custom made clothing may be returned postage paid if not worn and in the same condition as when shipped. A Return Authorization number must be obtained before you ship the item, and refunds are made minus original shipping/handling.
Cancellations:
If I have begun working on your garment, and you find that you need to cancel the commissioned garment, you have three options:
a. Have me stop work on the garment and release it to my ownership. I will not return any previously made payment and deposits, but you are no longer responsible for the final garment cost. You must sign a letter of release.
b. Have me stop work and have the uncompleted garment and materials sent to you upon my receipt of any additional payment necessary for labor and/or material costs that exceed any previous deposits. You pay shipping and handling.
c. Have me stop work on your garment for 30 days while you decide the best option for you. If you choose to have the project finished, the due date will be adjusted accordingly. If you wish to have it completed at an earlier date, additional fees may apply for expidition.
